Deasoft Bad Support(WHMreseller plugin)

I am waiting from last 72 hours for support from deasoft i bought 2 licences on of them i cancelled but they still sending me invoices ;( and also 3rd time suspended my active licence for which i am paying on time what they are doing???? anyhelp or suggestion????

not sure when they reply next time meanwhile my customer will kill me.
